Need new Rubber Boots?

We have a Stromberg Carlson model PA-250 adjustable platform step like shown below. We lost a
rubber boot (part #PA450) and found them on the internet for $9.95 plus shipping for a set of four
boots. The web site address is:

Order" but unknown when it would be available.
It took about 4 days (over a weekend) to receive them. While I was replacing the boots, I also
removed the dust cover for the height adjustment, located on the opposite side of the push button. I
cleaned all of the dirt and added some WD-40 for good luck. The new boots were easy to replace and
I added a drop of adheasive hoping it would prevent loosing any more. New boots and greasing the
adjustable legs should give us another 10 years of service.
